With the lid secured, Unit one and LED displayed, SELECT the the button for the desired cooking function.
The function light will flash.
There are MENU Buttons programmed for your pressure cooker, that is:
Rice, Beef, Meat, Ribs, Bake, Fry, Porridge, Yoghurt, Fish, Soup, Beans, Steam, Cake, Brown and Slow cook.
The default times are programmed for quick and easy cooking for small portions of food i.e less than 3lbs.
When cooking food that is 3lbs, use the custom pressure cooking time function.
Each of the default times is programmed to detect the weight of food being cooked and how the liquid is inside the pot during the cooking cycle.
The unit will automatically build up pressure, cook the food, and go to KEEP WARM when cooking is complete.
