PREPARATION PROCESS
\nFUNCTION KEY:
\nSelect the function to yoghurt or rice wine and the corresponding LED lights up.
\nan ON\/OFF key to start or stop work.<\/p>\n
1. YOGHURT MAKING:
\nPress function button after power on, select yoghurt function and press switch button. (working time is 8-10 Hours)
\nI recommend to leave it working over night or when away for work.<\/p>\n
2. DISNFECTION:
\nBlanch the container and cover with just boiled water for more than 1 minute to sterilize it.
\nNote: sterilize just the container and the cover. Do not use boiling water to blanch the cover and the body of the product.<\/p>\n
