We may be used to the old fashioned chicken or beef grill recipes, but recently, we tried out a new recipe on grilling salmon (or any other fresh fish) and, well, was worth it. The recipe takes roughly 10 minutes to prepare, and 10 minutes to grill. It is one of the easiest and fastest fish recipes you will get.
INGREDIENTS
4 (6-oz.) skin-on salmon fillets
Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 lemons, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
DIRECTIONS
Heat the grill to high temperatures. Brush salmon with oil and season with salt and pepper. Add salmon and lemons and grill until salmon is cooked through and lemons are charred, 5 minutes per side.
Add a pat of butter to salmon right when it’s off the grill and top with grilled lemons. Serve.
