PREPARATION PROCESS
FUNCTION KEY:
Select the function to yoghurt or rice wine and the corresponding LED lights up.
an ON/OFF key to start or stop work.

1. YOGHURT MAKING:
Press function button after power on, select yoghurt function and press switch button. (working time is 8-10 Hours)
I recommend to leave it working over night or when away for work.

2. DISNFECTION:
Blanch the container and cover with just boiled water for more than 1 minute to sterilize it.
Note: sterilize just the container and the cover. Do not use boiling water to blanch the cover and the body of the product.

3. ALLOCATE
Mix the raw material into the container according to the following proportion and mix well.
