HOW TO OPERATE THE COMMERCIAL SLICER
1. Rotate the bolt and open the cover,firstly install the plastic tray, the fix the cutter chosen.
2. uplift the knob,place the materials from the feeding hole, then put down the knob, start the machine, and gently press down the knob untill the machine finishes the cutting.
3.The round feeding hole is for carrots, cucumbers, etc. The long and thin materials.
4. Press the materials into the feeding box using the plastic pestle-not with hands.
